By using Qoralo, you agree to these terms. Qoralo provides a link-in-bio page service. You are responsible for the content you share. We may suspend accounts that violate applicable laws or our Acceptable Use Policy.
Service
Free and Pro capabilities are described in the product. Paid functionality remains subject to its release terms.
Contacts you collect
If you enable an audience form on your page, you decide why you collect visitors' details and what you do with them. You are the controller of that data and Qoralo processes it on your behalf as your processor.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis, for the consent text and privacy link you show, and for answering visitors' requests about their data. You must not use contacts for purposes the visitor did not agree to.
Qoralo processes contacts only to store them, show them to you, export them at your request and delete them, following your instructions given through the product. People at Qoralo who can access them are bound by confidentiality. We protect them with appropriate technical and organizational measures and use Cloudflare to host and run the service. We will tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your contacts, and we help you respond to visitors' requests where we reasonably can.
Contacts are deleted when your retention period ends, when you or the visitor remove them, or when you delete your account.
Forms from other providers that you embed on your page, such as Google Forms or Typeform, send answers directly to that provider. Their terms and privacy policy apply, and Qoralo does not receive or store those answers.

Qoralo is provided as is without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
